Home Health Aide (HHA):

The Home Health Aide assists seniors with their daily and health-related needs. Responsibilities may include helping clients take their prescribed medication, assisting clients with mobility around the house or on errands (to doctor's appointments, walks around the block, etc), helping clients with personal care and hygiene, assisting with physical therapy exercises, planning and preparing meals for clients, performing light housekeeping duties, and providing companionship. Home Health Aides will be expected to act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations and report any unusual incidents or behaviors to Enriched Life. 

If you are respectful and compassionate, ethical and hardworking, and an outstanding communicator, a HHA might be the right career path for you. At our company, we consider candidates who have experience working as a HHA, exhibit excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR), have strong command and familiarity of the HHA skill set and practices, can prepare meals according to dietary restrictions, have good time management skills and physical endurance, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must also have a valid Michigan Driver's License, valid current auto insurance, and a minimum of one year of professional healthcare experience.

Home Health Aide (HHA)
Caregiver

Caregiver:

At Enriched Life, our caregivers provide daily care and genuine companionship with the seniors in their care. Responsibilities may include helping remind seniors take their prescribed medication, assisting seniors with mobility in and outside of the home (on errands such as doctor visits or on a walk around the block, etc), helping with physical therapy exercises and meal preparation, assisting seniors with personal care and hygiene, doing any necessary shopping, and performing light housekeeping duties. Caregivers are expected to be a pleasant and supportive companion to the seniors in their care. They are also expected to act quickly and responsibly in case of an emergency and report any unusual behaviors or incidents to Enriched Life.

We consider candidates who have proven experience as a caregiver, excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR), strong command and familiarity of the caregiver skill set and practices, and a knowledge of housekeeping activities and ability to plan meals according to dietary constraints or restrictions. Strong candidates are respectful and compassionate, ethical, responsible, have good time management skills and physical endurance, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must also have a valid Michigan driver's License, valid current auto insurance, and a minimum of one year of professional healthcare experience.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

The CNA assists clients with health and daily needs. Responsibilities may include helping clients take prescribed medication, assisting clients with mobility in and out of the house (including on errands or daily walks), assisting clients with personal care and hygiene needs, helping clients with physical therapy exercises, planning and preparing meals according to possible dietary restrictions or constraints, doing the senior's shopping, performing light housekeeping duties, and being a supportive and pleasant companion. CNAs are also responsible for reporting any unusual behavior or incidents and acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency. 

We consider candidates who have proven experience as a CNA, excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR), strong command and familiarity of the CNA skill set and practices, and knowledge of housekeeping duties and preparing meals according to dietary constraints. Strong candidates are respectful and compassionate, ethical, have good time management skills, have physical endurance, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates are required to have a valid Michigan Driver's License, valid current auto insurance, and a minimum of one year of professional healthcare experience.
