How do we ensure that our caregivers feel at home with us? For one thing, our caregivers aren't shuffled around from client to client on a rotating basis. Instead, we work closely with our caregivers to help create a consistent schedule with the same client every single week. We do this because we understand the importance of forming a true bond with the person in their care.
We also don't assign our caregivers to seniors at random. Our caregivers are placed with seniors who are compatible with them - so that we can ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. We believe that a strong bond between a caregiver and a senior makes an enormous impact on the quality of services provided.
